Picked up 100 lbs. Death Valley and 100 lbs. Bmix clays at High Fire Hawaii.
Unloaded the Bailey glaze kiln. Medium reduction (20 minutes at the end of the firing) with cone 10 fully down. The 2 Silicon Carbide shelves from Laguna preformed well so far: no warping or ware sticking to the shelves.
Considerable pinholes on Turquoise Matt glazed plates and large platters, less on smaller pieces. Tenmoku glaze looks great with more black than brown (due to medium reduction?). Other glazes (Chun white, Iron Red) also good.

Prepped Chun White glaze.
Customer from Hilo picked up ordered Ohia glazed slab serving platter.
Fired the Bailey glaze kiln in 11 hours 35 minutes with a 20 minute reduction at the end. Used 11 % propane to fire cone 10 down.
J. of Volcano brought over boxes and packing material.
Ordered 1 box of cone 010, 1 box of cone 9, and 1 box of cone 10 (all 50 count boxes) cones from Clay Art in Tacoma.
