Fired a small gas bisque kiln in 12 hours using 4 % propane. The insulation boards on the outside and top of the kiln worked well.

Finished loading the bisque kiln and will fire tomorrow. Added one more layer of bricks bring the total to 7 course and am using fiber insulation boards (1′ x 3′ x 1.5″) on the outside of the kiln. Thanks Shon.

Started loading the small gas kiln for a bisque fire. Will finish loading when the rest of the pottery dries.

Trimmed sake cups and attached handles to mugs.

Finished trimming mugs and sauce bowls.
